NYSE Texas is a fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas, Texas, operated by the New York Stock Exchange. Launched in March 2025, it was created by reincorporating and rebranding NYSE Chicago to provide a dedicated listing and trading venue for companies in the South and Southwest.
